Accountant

• Take full ownership of accounting operations in DATEV, including bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closings
• Lead projects to design and implement scalable processes and tools that strengthen our financial infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax, and reporting standards
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to integrate accounting with business operations
• Support auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders with accurate and timely documentation
