About the role
- Translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure all departments are working toward shared goals
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across operations
- Lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery
- Establish timelines, milestones, and performance metrics for company-wide projects
- Mitigate risks and proactively solve problems to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Work with the Chief Procurement Office to review procurement strategies
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in procurement practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and project management teams
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on operational priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, or procurement
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives
- Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
