About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and direct computer-related activities in an organization
- Build and manage software development and maintenance teams
- Implement computer systems to meet customer requirements
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job
- A Four-Year or higher degree in a computer- or information science–related field
- Experience working with Navy enterprise systems, data platforms, and dashboards
- Knowledge of data governance, enterprise data strategy, and data management practices
- Secret clearance (IT-II)
- Experience with NAVSEA enterprise data systems or business process modernization
- Experience with Navy data compliance frameworks, including RMF, NIST, and cybersecurity requirements
- PMP, PgMP, or similar Program Management Certification
- IAM III Certifications preferred
