Project Manager

• Translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure all departments are working toward shared goals
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across operations
• Lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery
• Establish timelines, milestones, and performance metrics for company-wide projects
• Mitigate risks and proactively solve problems to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Work with the Chief Procurement Office to review procurement strategies
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in procurement practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations and project management teams
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on operational priorities
