About the role
- Build out business cases, value propositions, and pitch decks for emerging partnership categories
- Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities
- Support the full business development lifecycle: outreach, relationship building, opportunity development, deal structuring, negotiation, and contracting
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across partner organizations
- Develop partnership strategies that expand patient access, distribution channels, and commercial opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, marketing, operations, and finance leaders to drive ideal deal terms for business
- Track and manage partnership pipeline, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
- Represent Midi externally at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Contribute to helping us hit our revenue goals by acquisition of new patients
- Contribute to team culture and operational improvements by leveraging AI solutions to scale impact
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in consulting, banking, strategic partnerships or healthcare strategy
- Understanding of digital health and healthcare ecosystem
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate partnership economics and strategic fit
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity environment
