Research Scientist

• Graduate Research Assistant with experience, preferably in an academic area related to the hiring professor’s research topic.
• Must have strong research abilities and familiarity with multiple research methodologies, techniques, and resources.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate good time management to work independently, as well as under the direction of a supervisor.
• At times, they may work on and contribute to collaborative research groups.
• Collect and analyze data.
• Compile research materials.
• May conduct a literature review of the materials on the research topic.
• Edit and/or proofread manuscripts for publication.
• Could perform clerical tasks, including photocopying articles, typing notes, picking up library books or organizing files.
