Graduate Research Assistant with experience, preferably in an academic area related to the hiring professor’s research topic.
Must have strong research abilities and familiarity with multiple research methodologies, techniques, and resources.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate good time management to work independently, as well as under the direction of a supervisor.
At times, they may work on and contribute to collaborative research groups.
Collect and analyze data.
Compile research materials.
May conduct a literature review of the materials on the research topic.
Edit and/or proofread manuscripts for publication.
Could perform clerical tasks, including photocopying articles, typing notes, picking up library books or organizing files.
