About the role
- The Civil Engineer/Technical Manager will oversee, manage, and design projects from start to finish while mentoring engineering and design staff
- Through an integrated approach to land development, guides clients through due diligence, site planning, entitlement approvals to final engineering, construction management and surveying
- Works with high-priority clients on government, military, airfield pavements, commercial/retail, industrial and public infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- P.E. license is required
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- Experience on Land Development projects including earthwork grading, civil site and utility design, area hydrology and storm drain hydraulics, and construction details
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Pride in attention to quality and detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role
