About the role

The CBO Administrator is responsible for management of the center and the coordination of all departments that employ either department managers, supervisors or team leaders.
Works with department managers and team leaders to coordinate staffing and quality work outcomes.
Oversees daily operations and delegates work as appropriate.
Prepares the annual budget and manages the center operations accordingly.
Demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of employee development sufficient to ensure organizational productivity.
Ensures the implementation of Quality Initiatives, regulatory compliance programs and process improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related area and/or Associates degree with 10+ years’ experience in an ambulatory health care facility where progressively responsible practice management or equivalent has been successfully demonstrated
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills required
Demonstrated ability to build strong and inclusive teams; and collaborate with various departments is essential for this role
3 years experience working with EPIC required
3 years experience facilitating meetings and presenting data to multi-discipline groups required
3 years progressive experience in A/R services, ICD-9/10 and CPT 4 skills required
2 years progressive and demonstrated leadership experience, preferred
