About the role

  • Oversee daily operations within the PPN Central Billing Office
  • Work with the CBO Administrator to develop, implement, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Assist in providing direction and guidance to all members of the PPN CBO team
  • Collaborate with PPN Practice Managers, providers, and staff to develop process improvements
  • Perform all functions with high discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Provide guidance and direction using independent analysis that aligns with leadership direction and company mission
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with employees, peers, and leaders

Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical billing and/or coding required.
  • Prior management experience and/or a minimum of one year of employment within the PPN CBO is required.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the Physician Revenue Cycle.
  • A strong knowledge of third-party billing regulations and CPT/ICD coding guidelines is required.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of routine CRT/data entry.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • Must exhibit strong communication and decision-making skills.
