About the role

  • The Assistant Marketing Account Manager for Finance and Business Services (FBS) serves as support to the Marketing Account Managers and their clients with the end-to- end lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from planning and creative development to final delivery and reporting.
  • They assist as a bridge between strategy, creative, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Key responsibilities include managing workflows, tracking KPIs, and optimizing resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with one year experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated foundational knowledge of marketing principles, including content development, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelines and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating effectively within small teams while also contributing independently as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional communication acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Airtable or similar platforms).
