About the role
- Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Education Excellence
- Collaborate and work with FSB Department Chairs and FSB Associate Dean for Educational Excellence to monitor and ensure availability of courses for non-FSB students.
- Maintain a centralized database recording current enrollments.
- Provide semi-annual reports to the FSB Dean’s Office involving enrollment trends.
- Advise Business Minor students and offers weekly drop-in advising.
- Serve as the lead recruiter for all You + Business programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in advising, undergraduate admission, marketing, communications, undergraduate business education, career development, or related areas.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in business, Counseling, College Student Personnel, Student Affairs, and Higher Education, or other closely related field;
- superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software and internet applications;
- familiarity with Navigate and/or Slate platforms;
- ability to work effectively and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders in different contexts, including faculty, staff, and students;
- knowledge of Google Workspace, Banner, Business Intelligence, and/or Workday reporting tools.
