About the role
- Collaborate proactively with development officers to design and implement individualized stewardship plans
- Manage and maintain systems to track planned, in-progress, and completed stewardship activities
- Partner with development officers to coordinate campus visits for donors
- Provide constituent stewardship support for one or more university divisions
- Support donor-named spaces and recognition efforts
- Manage the university’s memorial bench and tree program
- Coordinate events for the Prodesse Society
- Serve as a liaison to UA and campus partners seeking to utilize ThankView
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in project management
- Experience in donor relations, development, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and campus partners
