About the role
- Manage platform for assigned projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Create and execute product development schedule and maintain cross-functional development schedule
- Track issues, perform risk management, and conduct periodic and post-project reviews to ensure project is on track
- Create and maintain project BOM and conduct/participate in BOM reviews to ensure accuracy and structure
- Communicate and interlock engineering across all Global Functional Teams
- Utilize best-in-class tools and develop innovations to enhance work efficiency
- Facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner collaboration based on identified gaps and issues
- Identify Dell's needs and enable vendors/suppliers on working models, capability enhancements, and process enhancements
Requirements
- 3-5 years Product Development Project Management Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Engineering Development Process
- Ability to plan and execute work in the larger context of cross-functional teams and the end customers
- Ability to drive for results, manage complex changing and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written to teams, ODM/Suppliers, and upper management - Fluent English skill
- Self-starter and fast learner
