About the role

  • Proactively identify, qualify and work in partnership with core sales executives in a matrix environment to sell comprehensive AI solutions.
  • Partner with core sales to identify customer needs, develop new accounts, and expand existing ones through strategic AI solutions.
  • Drive AI sales strategies, differentiate Dell and partner offerings, and support RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and product evaluations.
  • Pursue and close high-value AI deals (>US$2M), maintain a robust pipeline (200% of plan), and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Lead presentations, workshops, and seminars; support field sales with best practices and evangelize AI use cases aligned to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate specialty resources, enable Dell and channel partner teams, and expand the buyer base through joint demand generation activities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales specialty and business development, including enabling core and presales teams
  • Strong collaboration with pre-sales engineering and ecosystem partners across cross-functional roles
  • 10–12 years of technical expertise in hardware design for Servers, Storage, Networking, HPC, and AI systems, with added vertical industry experience
  • Skilled in solution selling focused on business outcomes, TCO, and infrastructure offerings across Server, Storage, Networking, and Services
  • Builds trust with key influencers, evangelizes AI use cases, and provides feedback to refine product offerings
  • Minimum a bachelor’s Engineering degree in related field
