About the role

  • Assess, optimize, and provide strategic guidance for an established ManageEngine environment.
  • Evaluate current configurations, identify gaps, and deliver recommendations to help the client fully leverage ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP), Endpoint Central, and upcoming CMDB and Change Management capabilities.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing ManageEngine deployment.
  • Assess current usage and configuration of Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus (SDP).
  • Review and streamline complex onboarding workflows, including multi-ticket employee onboarding processes.
  • Identify gaps between current configuration and ManageEngine best practices.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational pain points and business goals.
  • Deliver a high-level assessment report outlining current-state findings, configuration gaps, and risks, along with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, or consulting on ManageEngine platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) and Endpoint Central.
  • Experience configuring or optimizing CMDB and Change Management modules.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, asset, and service management).
  • Experience assessing legacy or under-optimized ManageEngine environments.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate complex workflows and recommend practical improvements.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
