  • Method is seeking a Scrum Master, who can collaborate with Product Strategists, Designers, and Developers to implement technology solutions to a client’s problem. Timeline, budget, and expectations must be balanced to create an environment for the team to succeed. Scrum masters are expected to instill accountability without management authority and must possess the necessary skills to inspire cross functional teams.
  • Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master (at least 3 years) in a consulting or agency environment
  • Experience in Agile methods such as Scrum, SAFE, and Kanban (with JIRA Agile)
  • Experience with facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Planning Sessions, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives), Backlog Refinement, and User Story Workshops
  • Solids skills in organizing, planning, and communicating
  • Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Knowledge about methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that you can explain other methodologies and tailor process to project needs
  • Experience and knowledge of mobile and web technology and development approaches
  • Ability to understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and test efforts
  • Very good English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with the projects in a regulated environment (medical, automotive, aerospace) would be a great advantage
  • SAFE certifications are a plus
