Oversees the work of business analysts and ensures that department goals and objectives are met
Serve as liaison for Sales, Client Services, IT, Project Management and the client
Analyze business process requirements through testing, business consulting, and support services
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions
Gathers requirements from Sales, Client Services, and Client
Creates and maintains project specifications and project workflow diagrams describing overall business solutions
Assists in the development of Statements of Work, Change Requests, and Business Requirements Documents
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
Perform data analysis and documentation in order to identify potential areas of automation, and re-engineering the underlying business process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science or business field or 6+ years of business analytics, systems analyst, or related work experience; or any combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies; ability to write routine reports and correspondences; can professionally present themselves orally or verbally
Experience with Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook; ability to develop and Maintain SQL Queries.
