About the role
- Lead data engineering strategy across multiple projects and teams.
- Drive innovation in data engineering practices and model optimization.
- Represent the data engineering team in executive meetings.
- Develop long-term plans for data engineering and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams (development, testing and business areas) to define and communicate requirements clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to refine high level requirements into digestible user stories for the development team consumption.
- Hands on with SQL for source data analysis.
- Familiarity with data ingestion processes.
- Versed in SAFe agile methodology.
- Experience in Neo 4J/Graph data science or data science is good to have.
