About the role
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
- Run consultative discovery calls and tailored online product demonstrations
- Engage senior decision-makers across IT, Security, HR, and Compliance
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to maximise deal success
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a target-based sales role
- SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity/compliance desirable)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong consultative and “hunter” mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, resilient, self-motivated
- IT literate (Microsoft Office essential)
- Multi-lingual skills a bonus
