About the role

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
  • Run consultative discovery calls and tailored online product demonstrations
  • Engage senior decision-makers across IT, Security, HR, and Compliance
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to maximise deal success

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a target-based sales role
  • SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity/compliance desirable)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong consultative and “hunter” mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, resilient, self-motivated
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office essential)
  • Multi-lingual skills a bonus
