About the role
- Successful sales of the Merz Aesthetics portfolio (dermal fillers and medical devices) to physicians
- Persuading new clients of the product portfolio and overall service offering
- Developing and managing existing clients to drive sustainable growth
- Organizing training sessions for physicians and participating in conferences and trade shows
- Monitoring the market, analyzing sales statistics, and providing accurate reporting
Requirements
- University degree in Health Management, Business, or a related field
- Qualification as a medical device consultant preferred; pharmaceutical representative certification is an additional plus
- Initial experience in direct sales of consultative/complex products (e.g., cosmetics, consumer goods)
- Passion for aesthetics, quick comprehension, and strong execution skills
- Proficient in MS Office and strong IT affinity
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
