About the role
- Provide in-field training, coaching, and support to Bird Removal Technicians
- Conduct regular field visits, evaluations, and performance reviews
- Analyze field metrics and drive improvement
- Partner with Training to develop customized training plans
- Interview and support hiring of new technicians
- Enforce standard operating procedures, safety standards, and company policies
- Motivate teams and troubleshoot operational challenges
Requirements
- Experience leading and coaching teams
- Proven experience in field supervision, regional management, or similar roles (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to live and work in one of the following states: Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region, including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee
- Ability to travel nationwide as needed

- Pay: Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 (OTE: $62,000 - $65,000+)
