Build deep empathy for our customers and translate it into clear, helpful product content.
Partner with product teams to write everything from error messages to onboarding flows to system templates.
Extend brand values into the product experience with persuasive, human-centered copy.
Create and socialize guidelines for style, mechanics, shared language, and system-wide voice consistency; define and evolve the architecture of reusable content components; establish principles for how we utilize channels (in-app, email, notifications, etc.) and their cadence.
Collaborate with research and design to test and refine messaging.
Support major initiatives by partnering with product designers and PMMs to help customers understand new developments.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in Content Design or Product Writing with experience balancing writing craft and system thinking.
Someone who moves comfortably between detail-level execution and team-wide strategy.
Strong communication skills: able to advocate for voice, consistency, and clarity across disciplines.
A proactive partner who brings ideas—not just execution—to the table.
Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to experiment.
FinTech experience is a plus.
