About the role
- Support high precision machining environments across the UK and Ireland
- Work with advanced tooling and machine technologies
- Play a key role in machine installations, commissioning, and optimisation
- Provide hands-on training to engineers and operators
- Handle technical sales inquiries and provide remote and on-site technical support
- Collaborate with the sales team and become a trusted technical expert
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar technical background preferred
- Strong understanding of machine tools and cutting tool applications
- Experience with machine installations, training, or application support
- Confidence working directly with customers in manufacturing environments
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable travelling throughout the North UK and Ireland
