• Take a lead role in North America sales, supporting the Sales Director to win project-driven business
• Strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation
• Deliver focused sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
• Write business proposals, produce customer forecasts, and negotiate with stakeholders
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs; research new business opportunities
• Draft and review contracts
• Manage and grow critical global customer accounts; spearhead growth initiatives
• Home-based role requiring regular regional customer visits
