About the role
- Business Development Manager to cover the UK and Ireland
- Visiting customer sites
- Building relationships with maintenance engineers, reliability managers, and procurement teams
- Matching customers to the right solution from the product portfolio
Requirements
- Proven technical sales experience - actual pipeline built, actual deals closed
- A recognised mechanical qualification
- A genuine understanding of electromechanical machinery - compressors, pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Computer literacy across CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Mobius/BINDT ISO18436 Cat I certification (not a prerequisite)
- Hands-on condition monitoring experience (not a prerequisite)
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance strategies (not a prerequisite)
- Experience of selling in Ireland (not a prerequisite)
