About the role
- Drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists
- Curate and deliver training for platform enhancements, process changes, and identified learning needs
- Provide ongoing support for Advisor Team Staff
- Partner with M&A leadership to create and deliver training outlines
- Track attendance and measure success metrics of training programs
- Advocate for process improvement within WM organization
- Develop and maintain training materials for CS and Advisor new hires
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training or educational program development
- Understanding of the wealth management process
- Ability to develop training materials and resources
- Familiarity with M&A processes
- Experience in process improvement and evaluation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
- Experience in a remote work environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
