About the role

  • Drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists
  • Curate and deliver training for platform enhancements, process changes, and identified learning needs
  • Provide ongoing support for Advisor Team Staff
  • Partner with M&A leadership to create and deliver training outlines
  • Track attendance and measure success metrics of training programs
  • Advocate for process improvement within WM organization
  • Develop and maintain training materials for CS and Advisor new hires

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training or educational program development
  • Understanding of the wealth management process
  • Ability to develop training materials and resources
  • Familiarity with M&A processes
  • Experience in process improvement and evaluation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
  • Experience in a remote work environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
