Drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists
Curate and deliver training for platform enhancements, process changes, and identified learning needs
Provide ongoing support for Advisor Team Staff
Partner with M&A leadership to create and deliver training outlines
Track attendance and measure success metrics of training programs
Advocate for process improvement within WM organization
Develop and maintain training materials for CS and Advisor new hires
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in training or educational program development
Understanding of the wealth management process
Ability to develop training materials and resources
Familiarity with M&A processes
Experience in process improvement and evaluation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
Experience in a remote work environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
