About the role
- Responsible for leading the technical configuration and implementation of Mercafacil products for small and medium-sized clients, ensuring systems meet each client's specific requirements and integrate with the client's existing systems.
- Learn and understand Mercafacil's various integrations with ERPs and partner companies, and handle technical issues of low to medium complexity.
- Perform integration testing and validation of implemented systems, using APIs and databases.
- Manage test environments to validate new software releases and verify data presented on the client's platform.
- Contribute to the development of Mercafacil's knowledge base.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Monitor deployments by conducting comprehensive analysis across databases to ensure consistency of integrated information.
- Analyze logs and monitor observability dashboards to ensure integrations are functioning as expected.
Requirements
- Experience using Linux and Windows operating systems (process management, software installation, and remote access).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience executing system installation setups.
- Basic knowledge of APIs.
- Basic SQL skills, including the ability to write and analyze queries.
- Ability to create and maintain project and integration documentation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data in databases and spreadsheets to compare values and identify potential data inconsistencies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system configuration settings and minimum criteria for the system being configured.
- Understanding of the client’s operations to determine the best configuration and implementation strategy for the product.
- Experience with integrations and deployments of technology solutions.
- Skills in creating and updating technical documentation.
- Experience and skills in validating deliverable consistency, configuration verification, and error log analysis.
