About the role
- Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and license usage to ensure alignment with business needs and vendor terms.
- Identify and execute optimization opportunities across contracts and licensing footprints to reduce costs, consolidate contracts and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to support contract negotiations and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards for licensing metrics, risks, and compliance status.
- Manage and ensure Software Licensing Compliance with major vendors including SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Adobe.
- Stay current with vendor licensing models, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Develop and maintain the related internal Policies, Procedures and Standards.
- Promote awareness and understanding across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT Contracts and Software Licensing management, preferably with global companies.
- Advanced English speaker.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
