Solutions Engineer

• Perform effective configuration and training of Merative applications with client end users
• Develop and maintain a mastery of Merative applications in order to provide high quality user training
• Ensure successful implementation and roll out of the system by being an integral part of the project team
• Work with end users to deliver the Merative application training that was purchased by the client
• Assist the client’s team with the design of the Merative system to meet their workflow needs
• Develop documentation and training materials required to support deployment and internal/external training
• Pursue a program of self-development with selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education
