About the role
- Serve as the technical lead for pre-sales and post-sales engagements, leveraging engineering principles to design, prototype, and deliver complex software and cloud-based solutions.
- Document and analyze client requirements and provide input into end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure, microservices, data integration, and security.
- Lead requirements sessions and develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technical specifications.
- Apply concepts in distributed systems, network protocols, and data analytics to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
- Oversee solution implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps), and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for executives and technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during deployment, integration, and troubleshooting phases.
Requirements
- a U.S. bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent.
- At least five years of full-time professional experience in solutions engineering, systems architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Principles and best practices in designing and deploying cloud architectures
- Concepts related to developing microservices and API-driven integrations
- Foundational understanding of advanced data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and big-data platforms.
- The ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with concepts related to distributed systems, reliable system design, and improving system performance.
- Working knowledge of security practices, including identity and access management, and awareness of compliance standards (e.g. FCRA, FACTA).
- Advanced problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Proven track record of leading technical engagements and driving customer success through innovative engineering solutions.
