About the role
- Map and consolidate purchase requests
- Obtain quotes and conduct supplier negotiations
- Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire procurement process
- Support the management and control of service contracts
- Assist with facilities administrative routines
- Provide support to the finance team by posting expense entries, managing reimbursements, and verifying invoices related to purchases and services
- Keep supplier records up to date
- Support internal administrative processes
Requirements
- High school diploma (technical course or college degree in Administration, Purchasing Management, Logistics or related fields preferred)
- Previous experience in administrative or purchasing roles
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience with administrative purchasing routines and facilities support
- Experience with obtaining quotes, order control, processing invoices and liaising with suppliers
- Knowledge of management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Analytical ability to compare proposals and costs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and administrative reporting
- Basic knowledge of budget control and payment flow
- Proactive with a strong sense of priorities
