About the role
- Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliation, and expense control;
- Support the management of contracts and administrative documents;
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendars, meetings, and appointments;
- Monitor suppliers and service providers, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met;
- Support office routines, handling orders, supplies, and team communications;
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO, helping with daily tasks, external commitments, and priority management;
- Assist in liaising with the accounting firm and other partner departments.
Requirements
- Organized with strong attention to detail;
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skills and ability to prioritize;
- Flexibility to handle diverse topics and a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of financial routines and office tools (Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, email, calendar, etc.).

- CLT employment (Brazilian labor contract)
