About the role

  • Manage multiple active construction projects or program sites concurrently.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for construction-phase execution.
  • Maintain project trackers for submittals, RFIs, long-lead items, change orders, financial processing, and closeout.
  • Drive accountability among project stakeholders and follow through on open action items.
  • Identify and escalate schedule, budget, procurement, and execution risks early.
  • Partner with internal design, architecture, project management, and construction teams to ensure smooth coordination from commitment through closeout.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, responsiveness, organization, and professionalism across all assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of construction administration, procurement, and project execution.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with sound judgment.
  • High level of attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and financial review.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional client-facing presence and strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based project and document management systems.
