About the role
- Manage multiple active construction projects or program sites concurrently.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for construction-phase execution.
- Maintain project trackers for submittals, RFIs, long-lead items, change orders, financial processing, and closeout.
- Drive accountability among project stakeholders and follow through on open action items.
- Identify and escalate schedule, budget, procurement, and execution risks early.
- Partner with internal design, architecture, project management, and construction teams to ensure smooth coordination from commitment through closeout.
- Maintain high standards of quality, responsiveness, organization, and professionalism across all assigned projects.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction administration, procurement, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with sound judgment.
- High level of attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and financial review.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional client-facing presence and strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based project and document management systems.
