Account Executive

• Drive the company’s market growth and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets in the DACH region
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the management team to define and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
• Create detailed account plans and proactively drive opportunities to closure
• Work as part of a collaborative team, partnering with stakeholders such as SEs, BDRs, and CSMs, while fostering team success
• Penetrate, map, and manage enterprise accounts
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
• Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
• Build strong relationships with customers, engaging key business executives and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success
• Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals, quotes, and additional information

Product Marketing

• Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for AI security testing solutions, including capabilities such as prompt security, AI model abuse detection, AI-generated code risk, and AI supply chain security.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling buyer value propositions for security leaders, developers, and platform teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and AI security innovations.
• Partner with product management and engineering to shape product roadmap alignment with market needs.
• Create high-impact marketing assets including product messaging frameworks, solution briefs and whitepapers, technical blogs, and analyst reports.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Define and evolve Mend.io’s category narrative, positioning, and differentiated value proposition
• Shape and refine ICP segmentation and buyer personas across enterprise security, AppSec, DevSecOps, and engineering leaders
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major releases.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling business value for CISOs and security decision-makers
• Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks aligned to key verticals and use cases
• Own core messaging across website, sales materials, field enablement, and campaigns
• Elevate Mend’s thought leadership in open source security, SCA, and software supply chain security
• Build scalable sales enablement programs including playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, ROI tools, and objection handling frameworks
• Partner with Sales Leadership to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
• Support enterprise deals with strategic messaging and competitive insights
• Lead cross-functional product launch processes
• Ensure cohesive positioning across Mend’s platform and modules
• Influence roadmap prioritization through market and competitive insights
• Establish a structured competitive intelligence function
• Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and emerging threats impacting AppSec
• Equip sales teams with actionable competitive differentiation
• Lead Analyst Relations to strengthen positioning in industry reports, e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC
• Represent Mend.io at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product marketing team
• Establish measurable goals tied to pipeline contribution, win rates, and product adoption
