Manage and direct a pool of remote soccer content creators across the country to create, produce, and distribute regionally focused soccer and travel content in the lead up to the World Cup
Source, interview, and onboard regional soccer content creator talent across the United States
Create content strategies for each unique content creator to create city-focused content, as it relates to the local soccer community
Oversee all production, editing, and distribution of content on separate, dedicated social media channels
Coordinate with the Supervising Producer and Field Producer to help ensure the work the content creators are producing works in conjunction with larger field pieces
Coordinate with sales & partnerships teams to execute on deliverables and activations for regional social media content
Develop clear program performance metrics to track the success of individual content creator and their contents engagement
Ensure that the Men in Blazers brand and tone guidelines are met across all content creator produced content
Work closely with marketing teams to maximize multi-platform social media content
Requirements
4+ years of experience in content creator/influencer marketing, specifically in executing large scale digital media campaigns
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams with a proven track record of developing strategy around content creation, social media and field production.
Deep understanding of the American soccer community, and how it can differ from city to city across the country
A self starting mentality, and the ability to proactively prepare for the challenges around producing creator/influencer based content in the field.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple team members across the country, especially during non-traditional work hours (evenings and weekends)
Strong experience in tracking social media performance metrics, with the ability to utilize this data to continuously improve the production and social media distribution procedures
A creative mindset and a passion for testing new ideas as it relates to social media content
