• Understand business area needs and translate them into analytical requests, hypotheses, technical requirements and execution plans.
• Develop and implement advanced Machine Learning models, predictive and prescriptive analyses applied to activation, engagement and retention problems.
• Design statistical methodologies for behavioral analysis, segmentations, cohorts and tracking of key metrics, ensuring consistency, accuracy and reproducibility.
• Evaluate the impact of campaigns and business interventions using causal inference methodologies and econometric models, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), uplift modeling and quasi-experimental approaches (Diff-in-Diffs, Synthetic Control, Propensity Score Matching).
