About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Closely monitor performance indicators (KPIs) of client-contracted campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;
- Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing to strategic decision-making;
- Produce clear reports and visualizations that demonstrate each product's value proposition, standardizing and, whenever possible, automating recurring deliverables;
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions aimed at driving upsell and cross-sell conversions;
- Build trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a business consultant alongside the Sales Executive to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success, consultative support, or related areas, preferably in healthcare and/or technology companies;
- Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses for a business audience;
- Familiarity with tools: CRM (Pipedrive or similar);
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides);
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively and under pressure.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other healthcare sectors;
- Experience with Power BI or Streamlit;
- Familiarity with impact measurement and basic causal inference concepts (control groups, lift, holdout, matched cohorts) — or a genuine interest in developing these skills;
- Interest in AI applied to analytics (Claude, Gemini).
