About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and coordinate the annual calendar of industry congresses and events, prioritizing attendance based on ROI and strategic relevance rather than merely executing the schedule.
  • Be responsible for the logistics and operational setup of booths, giveaways, and infrastructure, with autonomy to negotiate cost-benefit with suppliers.
  • Plan and execute webinars and proprietary events, from format conception to speaker scheduling and technical support.
  • Act as the brand narrative owner for events and social media, transforming in-person activities and technical topics into cohesive audiovisual and editorial content across channels.
  • Plan and execute the editorial calendar for social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, among others), ensuring a consistent tone of voice across events, community, and social media.
  • Curate technical and institutional topics, deciding formats and content priorities based on data rather than ad-hoc demand.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and events KPIs, structuring reports that guide investment decisions and channel prioritization.
  • Propose and run content and format tests, with autonomy to adjust topics and narratives based on evidence to grow the base and drive qualified engagement.
  • Track social media and health events ecosystem trends, evaluating applicability and proactively bringing recommendations to the brand.
  • Ensure the flow of data between Events, Social Media, and CRM, making sure leads and generated content are integrated into relationship workflows without constant manual intervention.
  • Work in direct partnership with Product, Performance, Commercial, and Legal teams, ensuring editorial responsibility and health sector regulatory standards are met across all channels.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for decisions that connect physical presence (events) and digital presence (social media), preventing silos between fronts.
  • Manage interaction with physician groups and the social media audience, safeguarding the brand image and the quality and humanization of institutional communication.
  • Interact directly with industry suppliers and partners, with autonomy to negotiate and enable calendar programs without requiring prior approval at every step.
