About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and coordinate the annual calendar of industry congresses and events, prioritizing attendance based on ROI and strategic relevance rather than merely executing the schedule.
- Be responsible for the logistics and operational setup of booths, giveaways, and infrastructure, with autonomy to negotiate cost-benefit with suppliers.
- Plan and execute webinars and proprietary events, from format conception to speaker scheduling and technical support.
- Act as the brand narrative owner for events and social media, transforming in-person activities and technical topics into cohesive audiovisual and editorial content across channels.
- Plan and execute the editorial calendar for social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, among others), ensuring a consistent tone of voice across events, community, and social media.
- Curate technical and institutional topics, deciding formats and content priorities based on data rather than ad-hoc demand.
- Monitor and analyze social media and events KPIs, structuring reports that guide investment decisions and channel prioritization.
- Propose and run content and format tests, with autonomy to adjust topics and narratives based on evidence to grow the base and drive qualified engagement.
- Track social media and health events ecosystem trends, evaluating applicability and proactively bringing recommendations to the brand.
- Ensure the flow of data between Events, Social Media, and CRM, making sure leads and generated content are integrated into relationship workflows without constant manual intervention.
- Work in direct partnership with Product, Performance, Commercial, and Legal teams, ensuring editorial responsibility and health sector regulatory standards are met across all channels.
- Serve as the single point of contact for decisions that connect physical presence (events) and digital presence (social media), preventing silos between fronts.
- Manage interaction with physician groups and the social media audience, safeguarding the brand image and the quality and humanization of institutional communication.
- Interact directly with industry suppliers and partners, with autonomy to negotiate and enable calendar programs without requiring prior approval at every step.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid marketing experience, with hands-on experience in at least two of the following three areas: events, community management, and social media.
- Knowledge of audiovisual production workflows (video briefing and scripting) and experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Ability to extract and interpret performance KPIs for events and social media.
- Basic understanding of CRM for integrating leads generated from events and social media.
- Differentials: experience in the health market (healthtechs), B2B/B2B2C communication experience, familiarity with the medical/pharmaceutical ecosystem, and experience with social analytics and project management tools.
