About the role
- Conduct proactive outreach to generate new leads
- Run initial meetings to understand opportunities
- Qualify leads based on prospects' current situation
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team
- Maintain accurate CRM prospecting data
- Respond to inbound leads and engage in conversations
- Secure and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Monitor, track, and report on lead generation metrics
- Provide regular updates to the BDR Manager
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to align with Marketing strategies
- Keen interest in learning and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with a hybrid work schedule
- Legally able to work in the country of hire
