About the role

  • Strategic outreach: Use existing Meltwater leads and identify new prospects to engage companies via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand needs: Learn about potential customers' challenges and determine how Meltwater can provide the solutions they require.
  • Drive engagement: Once you've identified a qualified lead, explain the value of Meltwater and generate interest for a follow-up conversation with an Account Executive.
  • Your collaboration: Work closely with 2 to 3 Account Executives and develop innovative strategies to uncover new opportunities.
  • High volume of outbound activity to acquire and qualify new customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to design and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and ensure you meet your monthly targets.
  • Deeply explore customer needs using sales methodologies such as SPICED.
  • Conduct market research to expand Meltwater's reach.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and sales.
  • Sales or customer acquisition experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • A target-driven mindset with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective discovery calls and qualify leads.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and a willingness to learn through coaching.
  • Excellent organizational skills and good time management.
  • A genuine interest in helping companies grow.
