Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of team management experience in HR/People functions.
9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high-growth tech, e-commerce, SaaS, FMCG or similar industries within international environments.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing HR systems across Performance, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development.
Strong experience in building structures and systems from scratch, with a hands-on approach to execution.
Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies.
A strategic mindset with a passion for people, culture, and data-driven problem-solving.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
