About the role
- Identify and engage potential clients seeking to outsource key business functions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive lead generation and client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and client outsourcing needs
- Present customized outsourcing solutions and value propositions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service alignment and delivery
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
- Monitor sales performance, track business development metrics, and provide regular reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in BPO sales, business development, or consulting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose outsourcing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- In-depth knowledge of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
