About the role
- Provide appropriate and professional telephone support to customers
- Receive, process and fully resolve customer inquiries
- Accurately document interactions in the system and perform systematic follow-up
- Ensure compliance with defined service and quality standards
Requirements
- Completed university degree (university/University of Applied Sciences) or Abitur (German secondary school leaving certificate)
- Confident computer skills and proficiency with common IT applications
- Previous experience in telephone customer service or a call center is desirable
- High level of professionalism, service orientation and ability to work well in a team
