About the role
- Work with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and the North and South American marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Be the subject matter expert for marketing operations in the Americas. Support the field marketing teams in your regions.
- Partner with Content and Web teams to ensure marketing automation programs and landing pages follow technical SEO best practices.
- Ensure forms, tracking, and automation logic support (and don’t break) crawlability, page performance, and organic conversion.
- Develop data-driven metrics and reporting to determine the ROI of digital marketing activities and provide key reporting and insights to the regional marketing teams.
- Be an evangelist, champion the use of digital technology and best practices within your region. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions to establish and support a robust digital ecosystem.
- Use your data-driven mindset to find areas where we are underperforming and test automated fixes.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and the sales operations teams to ensure campaigns are hitting their mark
- Lead the production of inspiring digital campaigns which build the brand and drive revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a marketing discipline with a focus on marketing automation or marketing operations.
- High degree of experience with Marketo
- Knowledge of Velocity Scripting or a non-Marketo equivalent (eg. AMPscript. etc)
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience working in Salesforce to facilitate marketing operations.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexing, redirects, metadata, and page performance).
- Experience running complex nurture/journey campaigns in a B2B context.
- Experience working with APIs and Webhooks either directly, or through middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, etc
- Intermediate knowledge of Zapier or an equivalent tool (Make, N8N, etc).
- High level of expertise with HTML for use in both email marketing and landing pages. You can build email campaigns and landing pages with ease.
- Basic/Introductory knowledge of Python or knowledge of coding steps in Zapier. You’ve dabbled.
