About the role
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations across all MegaMex's ERP and legacy systems
- Reduce incidents, escalations, and delivery volatility
- Introduce standard operating rhythms (weekly ops, monthly reviews)
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for senior business stakeholders
- Take ownership of key vendor relationships and performance
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Create a pragmatic long-term roadmap focused on stability and incremental improvement
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of progressive IT experience
- Demonstrated leadership at the senior manager or director level
- Prior experience stabilizing underperforming or highly reactive IT environments
- Experience supporting core business operations in complex settings such as CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- Must possess strong, practical computer and technical skills
