• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations across all MegaMex's ERP and legacy systems
• Reduce incidents, escalations, and delivery volatility
• Introduce standard operating rhythms (weekly ops, monthly reviews)
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for senior business stakeholders
• Take ownership of key vendor relationships and performance
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Create a pragmatic long-term roadmap focused on stability and incremental improvement

Director of Information Technology

Sales

• Accountability for the management and growth of the MegaMex Foods Food Service business
• Work with regional food service distributors, operators, and hospitality and healthcare channels
• Achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage broker networks and relationship development with major regional operators and distributors
• Deliver sales growth and market dominance in key accounts/distributors
• Develop close relationships with key customers/accounts and determine operator needs
• Maintain strong MegaMex visibility and aggressive sales effort on current and new products
• Manage and develop broker network for driving results
• Maintain communication and interaction with other MegaMex Regional Sales Managers
• Ensure timely and accurate district administration

Regional Sales Manager

Customer Support

• Validates order and shipping documents for review.
• Retail Customer Service – timely and effective communication to FF sales staff and clients.
• Communicates consistently with the transportation department to track shipments and shortages.
• Verifies export files and/or research in Main Frame computer system to ensure system matches shipped orders.
• Assists with claims and researching POD’s and any additional documentation.
• Supports several order entry positions.
• Covers the Front desk during absence and lunch breaks.
• Cross-train in other positions within the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
