About the role
- Lead strategic data analysis projects to drive planning and operational enhancements.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and convert business needs into analytical solutions.
- Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and processes.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling format.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis.
- Partner across departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.
- Develop scorecards and performance metrics to monitor sales and business goals.
- Conduct customer-level reviews and generate executive-level intelligence for Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Nice to Have)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
- Strong experience with SQL and statistical analysis using Python, R, or similar tools
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
- Industry experience in medical device or healthcare
