- Lead with purpose, driving adoption of new therapies, growing sales and market share
- Training, educating, selling, and in-servicing new Vascular products
- Build business by aggressively developing new accounts
- Practice good, ethical territory management
- Meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets
- Drive sales and adoption of new Vascular technologies
- Develop and execute accurate and on-going sales plan
- Identify and convert target accounts to increase market share
- Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth
- Influence key decision makers and maintain productive relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales
- 4+ years experience selling Medical device or medical capital equipment
- 5+ years selling to Interventional cardiology and/or radiology, hospital/Cath Lab setting, Vascular surgery or EO
- Demonstrated ability to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities
- Full understanding and experience with the sales process, particularly in a hospital setting
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it in a live, case setting
- Passion for new technologies and a strong desire to bring innovative solutions to the market
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- High learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions
