About the role
- Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office
- Drive adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs
- Support the business to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience
- Lead the adoption and performance of new sales channels
- Identify opportunities for introduction of Remote Support, leveraging the LiveStream solution
- Engage sales organizations including First Line Sales Managers, to foster integration and performance
- Support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing
- Drive local contact maintenance and support survey execution
- Engage leadership on customer engagement (NPS/CES)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Medical device experience preferred
- 5-8 years in technical support functions
- 2-3 years within commercial function highly valued
- Sales Program Management experience
