Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 6+ years in project/program management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory settings
- Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities; proficiency in project planning tools
- Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willing to travel up to 25%
